This is being sold as open box.  These are customer returns that have been returned for what ever reason. I have opened these boxes and tested each unit. ( Read below)

All radios are tested for power, sound, mute, forward/ back buttons, USB port operational, bass/treble control, band change,station change buttons, pause and play.

I do not test each wiring harness.

I do not test each remote.

I do not test phone hookup.

NOTE:  UNHOOK BATTERY BEFORE INSTALLATION SO CIRCUITS ARE NOT ACCIDENTALLY SHORTED OUT.

PLEASE if you get a unit and something does not work, do not leave a bad review contact me to see if I can fix it first.  Units are jostled in the mail and sometimes damage the units. If unit does not work check wiring harness first.  If you did not disconnect battery before install check the 10 amp breaker in back of unit.

There are two different units for the XDM 16BT... One with a USB door cover and one without.  I do not remember after testing which is which after they go back in the box.
